Saad is a Counsel in our Legislative drafting, regulatory and public policy practice.

He has extensive experience in legislative drafting, having worked for over two years in the Laws and Regulations Department at the Ministry of Commerce and Industry. During this period, he was involved in the drafting of a number of laws and regulations including the Commercial Law, Off Plan Sales Law, Real Estate Regulations and Geographical Indications Law. Since joining our firm, he has been involved extensively in the drafting of the new Insolvency Law.
